Q: How long have you been in business?
A: I started n’GRAINED more than 8 years ago. It was a side-hustle dabbling in jewelry and patterned goods with my Nature-inspired illustrations. In June of ‘24, it was time for n’GRAINED to have a real chance. I have since shifted my focus solely to metal-smithing, by using my savings to upgrade materials, and tools! Now, with your help I’m working to reacquaint n’GRAINED into the community!Q: When do you have shop updates?

A: All n’GRAINED pieces are available through my web-store. However, I am looking forward to selling in-person at a few Colorado artisan markets, maybe even a local shop, in 2025! Updates on the ‘where and when’, will be shared with the ‘Grainer e-mail list first!Q: Why do you sometimes use brass and copper in your jewelry pieces?
A: There’s two answers to this. One, I really love the warmth of reclaimed brass and copper. It adds a beautiful contrast to the cool tones in silver! Two, it is a much more cost-effective material. By pairing with Sterling silver, it naturally keeps the cost of a piece more accessible to most budgets.Q: Can you ship internationally?

Visible signs of a pieces hand-worked journey are celebrated and considered part of n’GRAINED style! Just like Nature, each piece is perfectly, imperfect.
All item(s) are to be enjoyed for personal/gifted use only.
I reserve the right to reject orders that appear to be placed by distributors (or for re-sale), without prior written agreement.

JEWELRY
Here are my suggestions for wear and care of your n’GRAINED pieces. Especially pieces that include gemstones, as I use un-treated, natural, stones making them more vulnerable to the being effected.
Should you knick, or scratch your piece, keep in mind that n’GRAINED pieces are intended to accompany Nature-lovers, do-er’s, and adventurer’s. So, a subtle sign of “wear”, adds to its unique journey!
When possible, try to avoid long exposure to water (swimming, dishes, etc.).
Avoid direct exposure to chemicals from natural and synthetic soaps/cleaning products, fragranced products, hand-sanitizer, and creams.
Use your discretion in wearing while active. Bring the pouch your piece arrived in with you in your purse or backpack. You can take it off to avoid breaking (or loosing) while playing!
Use the included polishing cloth to bring back shine as desired. Just be observant not to buff off the darker patina, as that helps bring out the unique details of your piece!
A bent-out-of-shape ear wire (happens to us all) can be frustrating. Rest-assured that you can re-shape it with your hands, and a little encouragement.

PACKAGING
Jewelry orders arrive gifting-ready, in a drawstring pouch (for re-use) with polishing cloth, while stickers are placed in a small sleeve.
To conserve paper-use and in case of gifting, I do not include a printed receipt. A receipt of your purchase is automatically e-mailed to you upon completing your order!
SHIPPING
All orders ship USPS Flat Rate from my Colorado studio (approx. 2-5 biz days)
All orders ship in a cardboard mailer (whenever possible), with a single-serving of herbal tea!
All ready-to-ship items are typically packaged within 1-2 business days.
All made-to-order items note the approx. time needed to craft, in the item listing, or otherwise communicated.
Because I do not work for USPS, the safety and timeliness of your orders arrival is out of my hands. I cannot take responsibility once it leaves my studio. Because of this, I intentionally package each order with care, and can offer any information I have as it pertains to tracking of a delayed or missing delivery!

I put great care and intention into everything I craft. Your n’GRAINED experience is incredibly important to me! Should you be unhappy with your order, I consider returns under the following criteria:
Based on the nature of the return, a full refund, partial refund, or store credit will be offered.
Contact me via e-mail within 3 days of delivery, notating order number and reason for return request
Item(s) must be shipped back within 7 days
Item(s) being returned must be shipped in original packaging, and in original condition, with no visible signs of use.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping cost(s), unless otherwise discussed.
All custom pieces/orders CANNOT be returned/refunded.

At this time, I only offer custom design within the foundation of an existing n’GRAINED design (ex. Custom n’Capsule Pendants).
Each customized piece is a chance to work closely together - to craft something that is ultimately and completely unique to you!
