By making any purchases of items in my store, you agree to do so knowing the information and policies noted below. These are in place to create both a respectful and positive experience for both of us! Please don’t hesitate to contact me if you have any questions at hannah@hngrained.com.
I reserve the right to reject any orders that appear to be placed by distributors, or for re-sale, without prior written agreement. Please contact me if you are interested in carrying my work in your store!
Jewelry Care
All jewelry is crafted by my hands, through a combination of techniques and materials gained by much time and effort. This makes each piece truly unique!
Hand-crafting allows for signs of workmanship, and individuality to show through as part of the design! And though my pieces are created with a bit of grit + grace, please use your best judgement when wearing while playing. Certain components and connections (naturally) can be more delicate than others. In other words, to extend the life of a piece, I suggest safely storing before any swimming, or rigorous adventures! And if needed, safely run under water (to loosen dirt), and use a soft material (and no harsh chemicals) to clean the surfaces.
*If any components of your piece break, please e-mail me (with photos), and I will do my best to help repair it (damage dependent), for a small studio fee. See return policy below.
Artwork Care
I use archival paper, a variety of paint pigments in originals, and high quality ink in prints. However, all artwork remains susceptible to changing due to its environment.
To prolong the integrity of the art, it’s vibrancy, and detail, I suggest:
Display art in a location that is not in direct sunlight, for extended periods of time.
Always frame your art, or protect it (ex. heavy plastic sleeve) the best you can.
*When possible, choose a frame with UV protective glass. (Like sunscreen, for art!)
Packaging
All orders arrive using sustainable and/or recycled materials whenever possible. Please consider re-using/up-cycling the packaging with your own shipping needs, or crafts!
I package all orders by hand, with care for transit, and include a little thank-you inside!
No “gift wrap” option necessary, because I consider all pieces to arrive presenting as gifting-ready!
Artwork travels with a stiff board (up-cycled from my cardboard stash) to decrease risk of bending in transit.
Jewelry arrives with a small polishing cloth included.
Shipping
I know how exciting a handmade purchase is, and I strive to have your items ready to go promptly! Should there be a delay in filling orders, I will announce via e-mail and Instagram.
ITEM STATUS
Each item listing in my store notes the “status” (RTS or MTO) in my studio, which reflects the estimated time it will take to craft and/or prepare for shipping!
RTS (ready-to-ship) items (2-3 days)
MTO (made-to-order) items (7-10 business days/or will contact you)
SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
Once your order leaves my hands, its safe and timely arrival is in the care of USPS.

SHIPPING OPTIONS
All items ship via USPS in the USA, via Priority Mail.
Tracking with insurance is included.
Expedited shipping will be available soon! Please contact me via e-mail if you have a deadline you are trying to meet. I will do my best to work with you!
Returns
Your appreciation and satisfaction with my work is integral for the success of my business and growth as an artist. Should you be unhappy with your order, I consider partial refunds/store credit on a case-by-case basis.
The following is required:
Contact me via e-mail within 14 days of receipt.
Notate order number and nature of your return request.
Return item(s) to me within 14 days of receipt, in the same condition as they were when packaged for shipping. (You are responsible for return shipping costs.)
Your returned payment(s) will be refunded via the payment method you used with your original order.
*All original artwork (drawings, paintings) are non-refundable.
