• All items received are originally designed and handcrafted by myself, Hannah Loesche.
• My artist mark of authenticity is a small " n' " and is added whenever space is available and/or works within the design of a piece.
• Visible signs/marks of a pieces hand-worked journey are celebrated and considered part of n’GRAINED style.
• The wear+care suggestions are offered as a suggestion to keep your piece in good shape! Proper care is at the discretion of the customer, and requested repairs as a result of wear, are at the cost of the customer.
• Return/exchange policy is available here.
• All item(s) are to be enjoyed for personal/gifted use only.
• I reserve the right to reject orders that appear to be placed by distributors (or for re-sale), without prior written agreement (Please e-mail me if you are interested in carrying my work in your store).
• All/any imagery on this website is not to be used without written consent, as to preserve the integrity of my artwork/jewelry.
